“Convergence” is the process through which SJW’s infiltrate an organization, to the point at which it can no longer perform it’s ostensible primary job because time, effort, and attention is being given to things like “representation”, demographics, etc., rather than actually being productive (ostensibly on the theory that “diverse” people via skin color, different body parts, whatever, despite being just like anyone else, are so amazingly different that including them automatically improves thi…

I mentioned that one of the tests [https://thelastredoubt.com/triplanetary/] – all solitaire – I ran to try out the game and rules was a three-ship setup of the solar system “grand tour” scenario. One of the ships started on Ganymede, and a photo I’d included showed the course. Here’s an explanation of the course. The usual art post may slide into Tuesday as I got a bit distracted. I finally received my copy of the third edition of Triplanetary, brought back to life by Steve Jackson Games via a kickstarter project. I went in for the Kickstarter, and am – shipping delays aside – overjoyed at what I received. Even the 6ed boxes are well worth picking up. As a result, I was happy to hear that a new, updated computer version would be released. What we received was well rendered, with nice sound effects, that consistently applied the rules of the game, and… is still buggy as h…

Wrath is a sin. Anger is but a response to a perceived injustice. Your perception may, of course, be wrong, or not in accordance with objective reality, but if it is correct, it is not only valid, butmoral. In that sense, while fully understanding both John Ringo’s stance re…
