There will still be a “Girl Friday” post tomorrow, well, today, but after helping one client with a downed switch and another business that had a high level manager with login credentials to a lot of resources “unexpectedly (and forcibly) depart” I spent the entire day first locking down the obvious, server and email creds, domain login creds, then tracking down everything else he could possibly have access to to reset those credentials as well.

It’s impressive how many services, accounts, and devices a mid-sized business can have running, or acquire over the span of a decade.

Thank god for some slightly nuts levels of documentation on my part.
